Nine Skaters Rededicate Their Lives to Christ

This last week at FacePlant SkateChurch, nine skaters came forward in the presence of their peers to say that they've been struggling with trying to have one foot in heaven and the other foot in hell. They gathered in two separate groups with James and Chad to pray and rededicate their lives to Christ. We are so proud of these guys and continue to see Jesus transform lives every week. Vancouver House of Prayer Established

While on furlough in the United States, we felt led by the Lord to establish the Vancouver House of Prayer. We launched VHOP on the National Day of Prayer upstairs in the prayer room at Whipple Creek Church. Within a few short months Christ-followers from different churches all over Vancouver began to gather weekly for prayer and worship under the banner of love and unity. We outgrew our little prayer room and were blessed to be given a place to meet at the X-Change Recovery Center. Prayer warriors and Jesus-worshipers continued to meet weekly and we saw the heart of God touched and the hand of God moved in our region. We joined ranks with other prayer movements in the county and were able to participate in unified prayer and worship events together. To this day Vancouver House of Prayer - HOUSE OF JOY continues to play a vital role in Vancouver, Washington and Clark County under the leadership of Bracy Wevers.
