Prayer Conference in Southern France

Yesterday, the five of us rented a car and drove from Paris to the south of France for a prayer retreat that is being attended by all CM&A missionaries ministering in France. Pastor Jesse and Nancy have been leading the conference while teaching and facilitating times of prayer for each missionary. Jonas and I have been leading worship while Ben has focused on prayer and intercession during the conference. It has been an absolute honor to pour into these mighty warriors who have laid down their lives for the nations.

Church Service in Paris

This morning Ben, my dad, and I went to a specialty coffee shop here in Paris. I had the most delicious cup of joe I've ever had. I also had the most delicious cup of freshly squeezed orange juice I've ever had. My tastebuds were never the same.

We had an amazing time this Sunday visiting for the first time the Trinity International Church here in Paris. We had an amazing time of worship, which was mostly in English as the church is English speaking, but there was also one French song during the offering time. Our pastor from our church in California came two weeks before we arrived, so we were able to hear him speak the message this morning at church here, which made us feel right at home. Then after the service was over we were able to have some fellowship with the believers here. As we were talking with a couple of them, we were able to pray for one of them to be healed from tendonitis, and another from depression and anxiety. God has been so good, and I'm looking forward to more ministry opportunities this week!

Notre Dame, Eiffel Tower and English Classes

We had a chance to see some historic sites today as well as sit in on some English classes that the local church here in Paris offer where French speakers who want to learn more English can come and communicate in a small group setting. The conversations we had with the French were Spirit-led and we felt very grateful that we could join in with them. Building relationships is definitely a key in winning the hearts of the French for Christ. The harvest is truly plentiful here.

Safe Arrival in Paris
Jonas and I arrived safely in Paris after a 10 hour flight to Copenhagen, Denmark and then a 2 hour connecting flight. We were met at the airport by Pastor Jesse, then took a taxi to the apartment we are staying in. Thanks so much for all of your prayers. We are believing for a great move of God here in France.
